Ken Daugherty has been licensed and involved in real estate since 2000 as the owner of Daugherty Land and Timber, a company that developed raw land for building lots, bought and sold timberland as investments, and managed timberland and sales of standing timber. He has also been contracted by CEMEX (formerly Medusa Cement) as their land agent since 1996.

Ken received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1979.

He and his wife Laurie live in Neshannock Township in northern Lawrence County.
