Richard Englert has approximately 38 years of experience in commercial sales and leasing, site development, and property management, including 29 years of experience as an owner, operator, and developer of commercial and investment properties.

His range and scope of experience encompasses assessing, investigating, and developing target areas for sites, as well as performing complete site development analysis and negotiating contracts.

He currently develops, manages, and sells properties for companies and government agencies such as The U.S. Marshals Service, Marriott Corporation, Burger King Corporation, Friendly Restaurants, Valvoline Oil, and many others throughout Pennsylvania.

Dick also leased and negotiated rental and sales of commercial space for Eastman Kodak, Prudential Life, and ADT Corporation.

Dick's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Finance, from The University of Pittsburgh. He also has memberships in numerous professional organizations.
