John Biseda has thirty years of commercial real estate experience in property sales, leasing, development, construction, and property management.

As Executive Vice President of Neville Development Company, John managed the operations of five business parks containing two million square feet in sixty buildings, and negotiated leases, sales agreements, and construction contracts.  He also headed the Florida operations of Carnegie Properties, the real estate affiliate of Mellon Stuart Company, and managed leasing, development, and property management activities.

John received the Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University and the MBA degree from the University of Virginia.  He holds real estate and architecture licenses in Pennsylvania.
