John Biseda has been involved with significant real estate transactions for the past thirty years. In addition to negotiating and executing numerous leases and property sales in Pennsylvania, he concluded real estate transactions in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Houston, New Orleans, Orlando, and Tampa. His customers included Cargill, Dravo Corporation, Harris Corporation, Metso Corporation, Northrop Grumman, Penn State, Schroeder Industries, University of Central Florida, and UPMC.
Before joining PRC COMMERCIAL, he established the State College, PA real estate operation for CBRE, and solely conducted property management and brokerage activities.
Earlier, as Executive Vice President of Neville Development Company, he leased 1,200,000 square feet of office and industrial space, and managed 2,000,000 square feet of space in four business parks. He also directed the development or redevelopment of 350,000 square feet of space for a number of buildings.
Based in Orlando, John headed the Florida real estate operations of Mellon Stuart, and directed real estate development of new office/research buildings, leasing, and property management functions. John worked in corporate finance, corporate real estate, real estate development, construction management, real estate leasing and sales, property management, and architecture.
John received the Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon, and the Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia. He holds real estate and architecture licenses in Pennsylvania.
