With a background in commercial construction management, Rita Caputo Formhals obtained her real estate license nine years ago, focusing on commercial real estate and development. She worked for the Sampson Group as a Project Manager for both the Schoolhouse Lofts in the South Side Flats and the Strip Lofts in the Strip District. At We Do Property Management, Rita worked with many clients in the capacity of Tenant/Landlord Representation, and Buyer/ Seller Agency.
Rita is familiar with all aspects of real estate including office properties, retail, commercial, residential and industrial. She has done real estate consulting work for commercial clients seeking to convert buildings into lofts and has managed tenant build-out for commercial tenants and landlords, and has a complete understanding of projects from initially analyzing and acquiring the site to managing punch lists.
